Returns:

Thank you for your purchase from JadaBugs.com.
We are sorry that you are considering a return of your product.Β 
All purchases at JadaBugs are non-refundable.Β 

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on USED, SALE, CLEARANCE, or SEASONAL items. NO EXCEPTIONS.

AllΒ exchanges for store creditΒ must be made within 30 days of original purchase.

There are no refunds on purchases. We will happily issue a store credit your items meet the following criteria:
1.Β AllΒ exchanges or returns for store creditΒ must be made within 30 days of original purchase. and returned to our Jadabug's store location.Β 
2.Β Have proof of purchase and original receipt.
3. Be in BRAND NEW condition with all packaging and tags intact.Β 
4. Have no household odors, pet hair, or any signs of use.
5. Be shipped back to JadaBugs location at 78377 Hwy 111 La Quinta, CA 92253 and postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Shipping is paid by you, the purchaser. JadaBugs will not cover the cost of returned items.
6. If mailing back an item, you must have a returned merchandise authorization number from a JadaBug's staff member. Please email heidi@jadabugs.com for this RMA number.Β 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged.
These types of goods include: gift cards, underwear, swim diapers, food, seasonal items, sale items, markdowns, healthcare items, bath items and personal care items.
For confirmation that your item can beΒ exchanged and an RMA number issued, please email heidi@jadabugs.com.

Once your returned is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.Β  If you are approved, then yourΒ store credit will be processed and issued.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at heidi@jadabugs.com and send your item to: 78377 Highway 111, La Quinta CA 92253, United States or bring to our store location.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 78377 Highway 111, La Quinta CA 92253, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are return shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
