Returns and Exchanges

30 days for returns with receipt for store credit only.

There will be a 15% restocking fee on all unopened and unused gear and furniture.  
No Returns on sale, clearance and seasonal items, hair accessories, baby carriers and carseats. 

We like happy customers - if something isn't working out, please let us know. We'll do our best to set things right. Exchanges are offered during the first 30 days only, so please be timely!

Check it first - before handing things off to kids, throwing them in the wash, or using your products, please give them a good looking over, and let us know right away if there are any issues. We cannot offer exchanges on used items.
